In 2017 I obtained Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

I conduct arbitrations under the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 and the New York Convention . It is a swift and efficient method of achieving a binding and internationally enforceable decision through which the parties agree to confer jurisdiction upon me to adjudicate upon a stated issue. It is particularly useful , but not limited to, the determination of discrete issues in commercial contracts. Save in exceptional cases , determinations are final and can be obtained as a result of a prompt process which reduces the exposure to costs and delay . The parties submit to an agreed timetable and determinations can be made on written submissions with or without oral testimony. Decisions are published not later than one month after the conclusion of a hearing. If necessary, flexible and bespoke arrangements can be made to facilitate set up , timetabling and plenary hearings.
